LumaDoc Red Light Therapy Flashlight with Blue Light, Red High Energetic Illuminance, Near Infrared Treatment Device for Back, Neck and Body Pain Relief
Price on the day of order: 79,99€
Our opinion: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but not constant blatant effects
I've been suffering from lower back pain for a while. So I carried a lot of hopes on the shoulders of my little light therapy lamp.
A lamp with a detailed instruction manual in English and one in French, a pair of protective glasses, a charging cable and a cord arrives in a rather nice and solid box.
The lamp looks like a flashlight to be held in the hand. The whole thing is clearly of quality, solid, strong, nothing moves, everything is perfect. It's already very pleasant.
Three colors are available to us: red, red and blue and blue. An automatic timer provides for the shutdown after three minutes of treatment, this avoids too long sessions.
I tried all three and I admit that the one that convinced me the most is the mixed, red and blue. What I deplore is that the effects were not systematically present during the sessions. Some have made it possible to reduce or even eliminate the pain, others have not worked, quite surprisingly.
The use is very simple, the instructions too, it's really easy and the instructions detail many points.
Far be it from me to think that it's a scam because the scientific sources are there, without question. The power of the lamp happens to be quite important to treat the pain, which is quite nice but I think I wasn't regular enough in the treatment.
In summary, it seems to me to be a good model that is quite powerful and solid that works very well and is rechargeable. I would definitely recommend.
