Our opinion: ⭐⭐ A big no!
If this product still has two stars, it is for the formulation and the quality. For the taste, it's complicated to drink unless you overdose it, supplement it with cream or milk, sweeten it or incorporate it without cooking into another drink, which would remain in my opinion the most correct option.
For the rest, here is my analysis:
- A coffee enriched with collagen and mushrooms, Asian, rich in polysaccharides, for shape, tone, memory and immunity
- 80 mg caffeine ... I guess per 6 gram dose of powder, which is as much as an espresso
- a taste that is debated (for my part, it tastes like an old badly cleaned coffee machine and turned mushrooms)
- A price rather consistent with the richness of mushrooms
- Almost 3 g of carbohydrates per 6 grams of soluble powder
- Little information on the nature of carbohydrates (are they mono-di or polysaccharides?)
- Fragmented information on the amount of caffeine contained in a classic coffee
In summary, my opinion is mainly about taste, use and questionable claims about caffeine. Perhaps the best is to incorporate it into a smoothie or a protein shaker or other, in a cold drink that will have more body, taste and "forget" it. As for caffeine, the dose is far from low, quite the contrary and for me, it poses two problems: either you drink coffee throughout the day and it will make you one more, knowing that you have a super light one, or you don't drink coffee and the dose of caffeine may make you a little funny.
For the relaxation, zen, digestion etc... Nothing to report. So I drank a bad coffee, at the usual dose of caffeine that I would have had in a great espresso, with healthy ingredients at a fairly consistent price. I think the mistake is to make it a pleasure drink when it's mostly a form drink. I highly regret that it is tinged with caffeine.
Between the huge carbohydrate rate per cup, the very average taste and the slightly fuzzy indication, and the fairly high caffeine in the end, I don't find this product interesting
