This ashwhaganda food supplement is rather well dosed and well titrated because it contains more than 5% whitanolides, which is pretty good.
At a rate of two capsules per day, we have a cure of more than two months, which is enough to see the first effects.
I like it and find the capsules easy to swallow. The smell is pleasant but present. No problem with digestion.
